Review of vehicle driveline systems. Teams should come to the 1-1 with the following content prepared:
• General overviews of the teams driveline would help guide the system conversations.
• Pictures of any major work they’ve done
• Maximum torque at all inputs and outputs along the driveline
o Shock load considerations where known / expected areas of concern
o Torque ratings of all engine(s) and motor(s)
o Torque ratings for all necessary transmission(s), gear box(es), transfer case(s), and/or differential(s)
• Gear ratios for all necessary transmission(s), gear box(es), transfer case(s), and/or differential(s)
• Identify all connections between torque transmitting components
• Chosen products for splined connections/non-stock connections
• Any team-designed components that will transmit torque in as much detail as they currently have
